We started with the simple idea of bringing wholesome food to the horse show, but we soon felt the momentum of a movement – healthy eating seems to bring with it great conversations, ideas, and a palpable sense of gathering.
So we set out in search of local businesses with a similar mission, and what unfolded was an incredible list of vegan and vegan-friendly, responsible dining options. Each one shares our commitment to creativity, to living responsibly, and to providing easily accessible, nourishing food to our community.

Vegan Dining Options in Palm Beach
Christopher’s Kitchen
4783 PGA Boulevard, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida 33418. Open daily for lunch and dinner.
Our favorite date night spot, Christopher’s Kitchen features a casually elegant, indoor-outdoor dining space and an entirely organic, plant-based menu. The food is nourishing, delicious, and creative – plus the plating is a feast for the eyes! This experience delights all your senses, making it easy to see why it boasts almost a perfect rating on Yelp, with over 550 reviews to date.
If you’re coming for dinner, start with the Mac and Cheese, made from quinoa, cashews, and Brazil nuts. Follow it with a salad and then end your night with the Spicy Kung Pao Beets for a truly unforgettable meal.
JUUUICY Vegan Restaurant
538 Northwood Road, West Palm Beach, Florida 33407. Open Tuesday - Sunday for lunch and dinner.
Formerly known as Mama’s Vegan Cocina, this menu is known for its Dominican Caribbean flair. All of your Caribbean favorites have been masterfully reinterpreted for the vegan diner, including mofongo, oxtail, tostones, and chicharron. One meal here will transport you straight to the islands.
Meraki Juice Kitchen
328 Fern Street, West Palm Beach, Florida 33401. Open daily.
We are such big fans of Meraki Juice Kitchen that we partner with them at Farm Stand WEF (more about that later). Opened by the Slawson family (who also own Christopher’s Kitchen, see above) because of their passion for providing healthy options and belief that food is medicine, this café and juice bar has a sweet little patio for al fresco, bistro dining alongside Alexander Art Park. The kitchen is dedicated to using organic, locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.
The menu has something for everyone. In a rush? Pop in for a grab and go salad. Time to linger? Enjoy a soup and salad or a delicious bowl. Eager to filter out all of the stress and toxins that come at you daily? Look no further for a cleanse. Their organic, cold-pressed juices contain the freshest fruit and vegetables. For first-time visitors, we highly recommend the Beyond Brat, featuring Beyond sausage with sauerkraut and cashew cheeze on a gluten free bun.
The New Vegan
528 Northeast 2nd Street, Delray Beach, Florida 33483. Open for late breakfast, lunch, and dinner Wednesday - Sunday.
Beyond a restaurant, The New Vegan also has a food truck, meal plans, school lunches, and educational events! This family affair is truly seeking to educate the community, making healthy food accessible to all. The menu is fully committed to The New Vegan’s health message – it's not only dairy free, but it’s also soy, wheat, gluten, and GMO free, too! The reviews are universally positive, and the accolades, including VegNews Top 25 Best Vegan Black Owned Restaurant around the U.S., are well-deserved. It’s hard to pick a favorite at this spot, but if you’re craving some southern comfort food, we love their Chickn N Waffles.

Veg Eats Foods
335 East Linton Boulevard, Delray Beach, Florida 33483. Open for lunch Sunday - Friday.
Voted number one vegan restaurant in Palm Beach County 2019, this family-owned restaurant believes, “We all deserve to eat well and eat with purpose.” In addition to cooking up delicious food daily, the restaurant is also committed to lowering their carbon footprint and minimizing their water usage. Their seasonal offerings are out of this world. In the summer, try the Watermelon Greek Salad, which is a refreshing mix of watermelon, mint, cucumbers, feta, pickled red onions, and farm fresh greens. In the fall, try The Pilgrim, which is Thanksgiving in a sandwich – plant-based turkey, house-made cranberry sauce with an orange and ginger zing, plus vegetable herb stuffing. In the winter, try their comforting Shepherds Pie, and nothing sings of spring more than their Chiknon Bruschetta Sandwich.

Cholo Soy
3715 South Dixie Highway, West Palm Beach, Florida 33405
Easily our favorite taco place. At Cholo Soy, there’s a daily vegetarian taco option – request it be made vegan, and they’ll be happy to make any swaps necessary! In addition, most sides are vegan – we like the Chifles Cerveceros (spiced plantain chips) and Sweet Corn Salad. Finally, if you’re looking for something a little more hearty and generous in serving size, order a Vegeteriano Cholo Rice Bowl without the queso fresco. Just don’t forget to specify they use the vegan house sauce!
Fun fact: We partnered with Cholo Soy at the start of the COIVD-19 pandemic to deliver hot meals to frontline workers. We couldn’t be more grateful for their good hearts and generous nature.

Field of Greens
412 North Clematis Street, West Palm Beach, Florida 33401. Open for lunch on Monday - Saturday.
A popular spot for salads, sandwiches, wraps, juices, smoothies, and protein shakes, Field of Greens features an entire vegan section to their menu, making ordering a breeze. The Vegan Flag Bowl is our go-to when we’re feeling patriotic – or when we’re simply craving all the fruit. This acai bowl is packed with strawberries, bananas, blueberries, locally-made vegan granola, coconut, and a vegan honey drizzle (it’s made from apples and is unbelievably tasty!).
Gandhi’s
4075 State Road 7, Suite F-2, Lake Worth, Florida 33449. Open for dinner Monday - Thursday and for both lunch and dinner from Friday - Sunday.
After the locally beloved restaurant, Sapphire, closed, we were on the hunt for a new option to satiate our Indian food cravings. When we stumbled upon Gandhi’s, we were overjoyed! The restaurant has a family friendly vibe and gathering-centric atmosphere, plus they feature an entirely vegan section to their menu. The Bingan Bharta is an aromatic delight, with grilled eggplant, fresh tomatoes, onions, and tons of spices. Or try the Dal Tadka, a yellow-lentil and curry leaf masterpiece. Adjust the spice to your liking and enjoy the incredible feast.

Farm Stand at WEF
3400 Equestrian Club Drive, Wellington, FL 33414. Seasonal. Doors open next on January 6, 2021 and close on April 4, 2021.
That’s right! Farm Stand has our own, seasonal location, where you can enjoy some of the best vegan eats and refreshments in the area. Find us from January 6, 2021 - April 4, 2021 at the Winter Equestrian Festival (WEF) at Palm Beach International Equestrian Center (PBIEC). We’re located between Pony Island and the Grand Hunter Ring.
Our goal was to create a health and wellness focused oasis at the horse show, peppering the area with picnic tables, food trucks, and a retail store which hosts frequent pop ups from local artisans. We wanted to introduce the competitive riding community that we love to the exquisite tastes and options of healthy, nourishing cuisine, emphasizing the importance of holistic wellness. Although things will look a little different for the 2021 season as we take additional safety measures along with everyone else during this global pandemic, the goal remains the same.
